I have always had a PASSION for styling events. This passion first started when designing and styling my own wedding in 2009 and family celebrations thereafter. I have always been creative and loved designing and making. I studied a BA (Hons) in Printed Textiles and Surface Decoration and trained then trained to teach in 2003. In 2007 I became Head of Technology and Art in a large secondary school, teaching and managing many creative subjects. After my twins were born, I decided teaching would keep me away from my family more than I wanted and Party Squared began. 

 

The most important parts of my job are understanding and interpreting your VISION and sourcing beautiful pieces for my hire collection. I work hard to find our your needs and how I can realise your dream event, even if you are not sure what it looks like yet!

I work with clients and couples who either have plenty of ideas, or no ideas at all! Like you, clients are looking for a stylist to help bring all the VISUAL ELEMENTS of their event together or are looking for particularly styling details that as yet you have been unable to find.

 

I love working on INSPIRATION boards for couples who are planning their wedding, creating event look books and sourcing suitable visual suppliers. Whether it be a CONTEMPORARY and ELEGANT wedding in an exclusive use wedding venue in the South East of England, a 50th birthday celebration at home or in a marquee in the garden, a quirky outdoor wedding ceremony or private party in a local Essex restaurant, each event is designed and styled for each individual client.
